One-Stop Fertility Clinic

A comprehensive fertility assessment for women and couples who want to understand their fertility and maximise their chances of conceiving naturally

Trying to conceive and not knowing why it isn’t happening yet is one of the hardest kinds of uncertainty — full of questions, conflicting advice, and a growing sense of urgency. You don’t have to sit with that uncertainty alone.

Our One-Stop Fertility Clinic brings the full picture together in a single visit: specialist consultation, ovarian reserve assessment, pelvic ultrasound and, where relevant, tubal and semen testing — so you leave with real answers and a plan built around you, not a waiting list.

You're in expert hands

Your care is led by LUNA’s specialist fertility consultants — including Prof Bassel Wattar, Dr Efstathios Theodorou, Dr Sophie Clarke and Dr Ali Abbara — with years of combined experience in reproductive medicine and IVF. You’ll always be seen by a specialist who treats fertility every day, not occasionally.

This may be for you if:

Whatever’s brought you here, you deserve clear answers — not months on a waiting list.

What's involved

Assessment typically includes a specialist consultation reviewing your cycle and medical history, ovarian reserve testing (AMH) and antral follicle count by ultrasound, assessment of ovulation, and — where relevant — tubal patency testing (including HYCOSY, our advanced, radiation-free ultrasound option) and semen analysis for your partner. Female and male fertility factors are assessed together, not as separate afterthoughts.

Your plan, built around your results

Following assessment, we build an individualised fertility plan based on your results, age, reproductive history and what you and your partner want from treatment. For some, that means monitored natural conception; for others, ovulation support, or a conversation about assisted conception. Whatever it is, we’ll stay with you as your plan develops.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I be seen?

We know waiting is one of the hardest parts, so we aim to see you quickly — get in touch and we’ll find the earliest appointment that works, without the typical delays of a staged referral pathway.

No — most patients book directly with us for private fertility assessment, without needing a GP referral first.

We’ll interpret this alongside your own results and talk through what it means for your specific plan, from lifestyle factors to ICSI as part of IVF, depending on severity.

HYCOSY assesses tubal patency using ultrasound rather than X-ray, so there’s no radiation exposure, and it can often be combined with your regular pelvic ultrasound in the same visit.

It’s not uncommon for investigations to find no single clear cause — this is called unexplained infertility, and it doesn’t mean nothing can be done. We’ll talk through monitored conception, ovulation support or assisted conception, based on your circumstances.
