Assessment typically includes a specialist consultation reviewing your cycle and medical history, ovarian reserve testing (AMH) and antral follicle count by ultrasound, assessment of ovulation, and — where relevant — tubal patency testing (including HYCOSY, our advanced, radiation-free ultrasound option) and semen analysis for your partner. Female and male fertility factors are assessed together, not as separate afterthoughts.
Following assessment, we build an individualised fertility plan based on your results, age, reproductive history and what you and your partner want from treatment. For some, that means monitored natural conception; for others, ovulation support, or a conversation about assisted conception. Whatever it is, we’ll stay with you as your plan develops.
