Individualised assessment and treatment for couples who require assisted conception
IVF can feel like the biggest decision of your fertility journey, and it’s normal to want more than a standard protocol handed to you on day one. You deserve a plan that’s actually built around your history, not a clinic’s average patient.
Our approach includes IVF, ICSI and other assisted conception treatments, tailored to your age, ovarian reserve, previous treatment and reproductive history — with the same specialist consultant guiding your care throughout, not a different face at every visit.
Whatever’s brought you to this point, you don’t have to navigate it without an expert fully on your side.
Treatment generally follows the same core steps: your ovaries are stimulated with medication to develop multiple eggs, which are then collected and fertilised in our laboratory — either conventionally (IVF) or, where sperm quality is a factor, by injecting a single sperm directly into each egg (ICSI). The healthiest embryo is then transferred at the optimal time, with your cycle monitored closely throughout to inform decisions as we go, not just at the end.
If previous treatment hasn’t worked, or your case has become complex, we offer a specialist second-opinion review — looking again at your history, previous cycles and results to identify what might change the outcome, rather than simply repeating the same protocol.
For freezing additional eggs or embryos for future use
n IVF, eggs and sperm are combined and fertilisation happens naturally in the lab; in ICSI, a single sperm is injected directly into each egg, usually recommended where sperm count, movement or quality make natural fertilisation less likely.
In most cases, one embryo is transferred at a time to reduce the risk of a multiple pregnancy — your consultant will discuss what’s right for your circumstances.
Suitable embryos can be frozen for future use, discussed and consented to as part of your treatment plan.
Yes, this is one of the most common reasons couples come to us. We review your full history and previous cycles to look for anything that might change the approach.
A single cycle, from starting stimulation medication to embryo transfer, typically takes around four to six weeks, though this varies by individual protocol.
